Can only be described as a scam
This company charged me for an initial trial and for that provided me with a pdf recipe sheet which would have cost them nothing and the information is in any case available from the NHS and other organisations without charge. Then without any previous warning or option to cancel they took £71.30 from my PayPal account. The latter would not allow me to dispute this as it appeared that MyDiabetes had closed the dispute down. However after much (polite) correspondence MyDiabetes promised me a full refund but then failed to honour this. This organisation appears to be a front for operating a scam. I would warn everyone against subscribing to them, they are dishonest and will provide you with nothing having slyly taken the cash from you.
