5-star App! with delicious, filling, and easy and fast to prepare recipes. Shopping list makes weekly prep even simpler. Love all the choices of meal plans. AI assisted logging of "other foods" makes logging even easier. Tracking weight, glucose, BP, and food is a breeze.

This app takes all the guess work out of meal planning. If I don’t like a certain meal I can change it to something that sounds better. It also has me trying new things. I love this app. I’m losing weight and my a1c is coming down.

Easy to do on the website

I’ve struggled to keep track of my glucose levels., but this app makes it so much easier. I can log my levels throughout the day and see trends which is really helpful It’s simplified things for me

For the last few months or so, I have been using this application, and one of the best things about this whole application is the different meal plans one can choose from. I can choose from low carb, Mediterranean, and so on options available in the app. I get bored now and again in my meals, but at least I do make room for trying something new every week. But the best part is all the meals are super delicious, and they help me maintain my blood sugar balance as well. I am so glad I came across this!

MyDiabetes gave me back control of my health. The calorie tracking is simple enough that I stick with it. My energy levels are better than they have been in twenty years.

The food database in MyDiabetes is huge. I can find almost anything I want to eat. My sugar readings have been in range for six straight weeks now.
