This company is helping me to maintain a healthy eating and lifestyle plan. Lots of healthy and tasty menus to choose from. As a vegetarian I have found the recipes quick and easy to follow. Excercise videos to follow from a quick simple workout to longer fullbody videos.

I think it’s a great product. I just have too many meals out to make it work. I was doing great, then family came to visit for 2 weeks, then I have other weekly commitments. It was just too hard. I still have 3 months to work with it. It's possible I may rejoin.
