Needed some time to figure out the app and how to change things up. I find if I search for certain foods the app freezes and I need to switch my phone off the reset

I found app a great help to motivate me to get started. I like that I can log and check things. I am retired so have all the time in the World to set and make meals. I do think that for people going to work it could be a bit time consuming and not possible to have a lot of the lunches at work

Great categories AND how to collect their needed data! Not only that, but the recipes are simple, easy to understand and delish. Information on this condition is invaluable for a prediabetic newbie like me. I’ve recommended this already to my friend who is in my situation, too.

The AI generated “other foods” has largely been accurate and is a big help for me. While I appreciate the automated meal time selection (eg. breakfast, lunch or dinner), I think I’d prefer to select my own, or at least set up times for those and for snacks. I haven’t set up the auto-glucose updates, but that’s an intriguing integration. In general, I think the app is designed well, with the user experience in mind. It’s worth having as long as one is willing to spend the time to input the critical data.

It is a good application, however I need more ideas for recipes with low pottasium and sodium. A lot of Type 1 Diabetics have to watch their kidneys too. Also more things need to be done regarding the physiological affects of diabetes, or if there are combo challenges. I have ADHD too, and I have impulse problems with eating. Interested in learning more.

Well I just started the program, things I’ve noticed was once you reached water goal is you can add, also if I eat my own recipe it will not save, so I need to put in my own recipes daily, Nom would save your recipes.

I believe an update would be good for adding foods eaten each day . It should include a barcode reader for easy adding.
