I would like the option for typing in notes or questions. With different health issues there can be different limitations. Your menus have been great but I hadn't used many of them yet

Good options regarding your eating plan ie 3,4 or 5 meals a day. Could be improved with the ability to track extra meals if the user breaks from their plan with the ability to get feedback on the overall extra calories

Thank you for your feedback! Please note that you can also add items that are not on your meal plan - simply click on the '+' icon and log your food from the 'Food library' or use the 'Smart log' option. The logged items will appear in your 'Logged' item summary on the 'Track' tab and also on the 'Today's calories' summary on the 'Home' page.

Finally seeing results, Yay 😁. I have been struggling for many years to find a plan that worked for me. I took sugar out of my life over 4 years ago,I did not know that Diabetes is not caused by just sugar. What??? MyDiabetes program taught me what was happening, and how I could change my glucose numbers. 🙏

Easy to use and log meals. Good meal preparation. Would like to enter fast food items, since there are times when we are out and about and obviously can’t prepare one of your meals. Add some other items such as: a hamburger, baby back ribs.
