Excellent advice and guidance, its an easy to use app with lots of details about what you are eating and how to manage your symptoms. Love the encouragement features and the supportive daily icon updates after eating and drinking allowing you to easily see what you need to do or not do! Really like using it and its helping me so much.

I filled in some questions, received a month meal plan with recipes and instructions, can swap meals, add your own, counts the calories and other info as you go, is so easy and the meals are tasty, also can add all you need in an instant to the grocery list. I've been struggling for months to work out my diet and watch my sugar intake, reading labels etc.. now I wish I had the app months ago, Im loving it so far.
