The app was easy to set up and navigate. It's an eye-opening experience to improve my outcome, that's for sure.

I enjoy the variety of foods I can eat and the recipes are tasty and delicious. My sugar levels haven’t really improved yet and I haven’t really lost weight but I’m enjoying the food and the variety is great. I will stick with the program and see what happens

Easy access

I live with two Type 2 diabetics-this is the first diet my husband has stuck with, and my daughter is finding it easy to work with. All the meals are delicious and easy to prepare.

It’s a great app for learning how to eat better if you have diabetes, pre-diabetes or just trying to prevent these conditions. I’m still learning how to use it in all that is available as I have only been using it for a week.

This app is so inexpensive and plans out all your meals based on your answers on the questionnaire. And if you don't like something they have swap items available
