Yes it is a lot of money, especially in CDN dollars, but so far it has been worth it. I am losing weight, finding the plan easy to follow, and I have more energy and am looking forward to the future. At 73 I wish I had found MyDiabetes 50 years ago. My husband, who was diabetic died at 66 and might still be alive.

I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and I really wanted somewhere to record my blood sugars and food diary. This app goes beyond what I was looking for. It has helped me find fun and exciting low calorie and low sugar recipes, rcord my sugars, weight and fluid intake. I use this app every single day and it helps me keep on track to be a healthier and better me.
