I think this is a great app. It’s taking a bit of navigating but I’m getting there. Lots of very useful information to take on board

Although I’m not a techie and getting on in years, I have found this quite valuable in monitoring my health. Eventually found my way around it. I live in the U.K and found with some adaptations I can manage the recipes and can adapt to my English tastes.

Easy to use. I'm looking forward to trying it.

First time trying

I really like the fact the meals are planned for me. I’m so full I don’t think of snacking. The tracker is good too.
