The app helps manage my diabetes. The only reasons I don't give it five stars are the cost and some issues with the meal plans. I think the subscription costs are too high. It is exceptionally nice to track everything and build meal plans, but plenty of meal plans are available for free or a fraction of the cost. Additionally, using the meal plan, I frequently have leftover ingredients that I have to make a point to use outside of the meal plan, or I'm wasting money. This increases the cost for the user. More meals for the week/month should use ingredients from previous meals if those ingredients are bought in larger volumes. For instance, I remember my first order; I had to spend over $150 on protein powders to match the meal plan.

I have only been a member for about a week. It is going great so far. The menus are mostly tasty and my wife is able to figure out how to cook them, and most of the ingredients can be found in our local store. It is sometimes hard to figure out how to use certain features but perhaps I will learn over time how they work.
