I constantly send emails which are not replied to. I cancelled subscription in plenty of time before trial period finished, but still had monthly subscription taken. Very hard to get a response or refund. Following this review I was contacted the next day and have been issued a full refund. Well done Mydiabetes.

Hello there,
We’re sorry to hear about the frustration caused by the charge and your difficulty getting a response. We understand how concerning it can be when you believe you cancelled during the trial but then see a subscription payment.
For clarity, all information regarding pricing, charges, recurring billing, renewal terms, and cancellation is clearly presented during checkout and included in our Terms and Conditions. If a subscription is successfully cancelled before the renewal date, no further renewal charges should occur.
We’d still like to review your individual case, including your cancellation and billing history. Please contact [email protected], mention this Trustpilot review, and provide your account email and previous correspondence so our team can investigate and assist you further.
Best regards,
The MyDiabetes Team

BEWARE
This Company are running a SCAM and only after your money even without an order or delivery, somehow they obtain your Bank details and extract monies in my case £42.49 then refuse to return. I am now in negotiation with my bank for its return. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THEIR APP "MyDIABETES" its a SCAM and only intent to defraud. Even under US or EU this is FRAUD. Watch for Debits from your Bank from:- INTEL CARD 99999999, MYDIABETES-AE, VILNIUS LT. .... as this is a common address for any company wishing to evade the law and taxes.
I didn't buy anything in VILNIUS LT and yet it appears on my bank statement: what should I do?
Why does this city appear on my accounts? 🤔
My card was used in VILNIUS LT to make a purchase
An unknown purchase in VILNIUS LT is in your account, but you have never visited this location. How is it possible ? Is there a danger of fraud or scam linked to your bank card? We'll clear up for you how this mysterious purchase ended up on your statement. Good news, you can keep calm: here we present 2 key points and 3 actions to take to avoid a repeat of this situation and, who knows, obtain a refund for this purchase that you did not make... in any case , not to your memory!
Why do I have a VILNIUS LT direct debit? Two answers to this question
Faced with an unexpected purchase of VILNIUS LT on your statement, here are two potential reasons:
The first is that you are the author of this purchase, even without having visited VILNIUS LT. Many companies choose VILNIUS LT for their headquarters for various reasons, including tax, and offer their services online in several languages. You may have made a purchase on one of these sites, which would explain the presence of VILNIUS LT on your statement. For more details, continue reading the article.
The second, less common, is credit card fraud, where your banking information has been used without your knowledge. In general, it is the first hypothesis that prevails. Read the rest of the article to find out how to act.
What should I do if I have a card transaction in VILNIUS LT that I don’t remember doing?
When you see a VILNIUS LT card payment on your statement without having been there, here are three immediate actions:
Search for the word VILNIUS LT in your emails for clues about an online purchase. Also check spam and search by the amount charged.
Check your account for other VILNIUS LT related purchases. Recurring transactions could signal an unwanted subscription. It is then essential to detect and cancel this subscription, with the possibility of being reimbursed. You can do this alone or with the help of a specialist service like I stop the costs!.
If you still cannot find the source of the purchase in VILNIUS LT, it is advisable to speak to your banker for security recommendations.
Do not hesitate to share this article on your social networks or by Whatsapp. Your feedback, especially if you have found a solution to a similar problem with VILNIUS LT, is highly appreciated.
Please just be AWARE of MyDIABETES. (They may well change their name in the near future!)
19.08.26. The true fact if you look at the 1 star reviews so many mention unknown or unexpected cash deductions from their banks and the weak excuses Mydiabetes Health give is proof enough to suspect this Company of Mal practice.
OH! BY THE WAY YOU ARE FAR FROM SORRY YOU ARE RICHER BY FRAUD
Response from MyDiabetesAug 18, 2026
Hello Doug,
We’re sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the charge and understand why an unfamiliar payment would be upsetting. We take billing concerns seriously and would like to clarify how our payment process works.
MyDiabetes cannot charge a customer simply because the app was downloaded or an account was created. A payment cannot be processed unless payment information has been provided, the checkout process has been completed, and a subscription or other paid service has been purchased. Subscription pricing, payment details, recurring billing terms, and applicable renewal conditions are presented during checkout and are also included in our terms and conditions.
If a customer has an active subscription, charges may occur according to the billing period selected at the time of purchase. Simply uninstalling the app or stopping its use does not cancel an active subscription; it must be cancelled through the relevant subscription settings.
That said, if you genuinely do not recognize the transaction, we would like to investigate rather than make assumptions. Please contact us at [email protected], mention this Trustpilot review, and provide the email address associated with your account and the transaction date and amount. Please do not send your full card number or other sensitive banking information. Our team can check whether the payment is connected to a MyDiabetes account and clarify what happened.
Best regards,
MyDiabetes Team

This seems to be a scam
This seems to be a scam, i thought I was having a call from someone to discuss putting a diet plan together on the foods I like but that will work affectively in reducing weight.
Before too long we were talking about the plan of 121 consultations over 12 months costing over $7000 but I could have this for $ 2588 because of my health conditions.
I am very aware of scams and I dont like speaking to people in America, when they are more interested in selling me a service under pressure. Red flags all over this company. BEWARE AND DONT BOTHER

Hello Sharon,
We’re sorry to hear about this experience. However, we’d like to clarify that MyDiabetes does not make sales calls to our customers or offer programs through unsolicited phone calls. The service and subscription options available through MyDiabetes are presented through our online platform.
Based on what you’ve described, the call may not have been from MyDiabetes, and we take concerns about potentially misleading communications very seriously. We recommend not providing payment or personal information to anyone claiming to represent us over the phone.
Please contact us at [email protected], mention this Trustpilot review, and provide any available details about the call (such as the caller’s name, phone number, or email address). Our team can investigate whether the communication was connected to MyDiabetes and advise you accordingly.
Best regards,
MyDiabetes Team

Response from MyDiabetesAug 11, 2026
Ciao Alessandro,
Cordiali saluti,
Il team di MyDiabetes

Took £95 from my bank no warning, disabled on benefits, can’t eat the last week of the month now.
I don’t understand what you’re saying, other than ner ner na ner ner we’re keeping your disability benefits after messing you around for a week and not telling you we were taking £95 from my account at any point.
Please explain what the reason is, as if you want me to actually understand it.
Your app is too complicated for me. I have not used it at all. I need my money back.
You are morally and ethically void.
I’m going to trading standards, and if they can’t help, my MP who will.
Why havevyou taken money from my bank without telling me and why won’t you give it back?
I want an explanation because I don’t understand your conplicated contract.
Daylight Robbers in the guise of health help. HORRENDOUS.

I am being charged £42.49 per month but…
I am being charged £42.49 per month but when I look at the subscription on the App it says £12.89. I can’t work out why this is? Not happy and will cancel.
Shame as the App is good but too expensive.
