Too many add on ads.

This is a really good App that has helped me navigate my way around the lifestyle changes I need to make to prevent my prediabetes turning to diabetes. I have subscribed to a three month period as I was a bit sceptical at first that it would be of any help having downloaded other Apps and finding them just a daily tick box exercise and failing to deliver what they've promised. However, I'm fully interacting with it, using their meal plans on a daily basis. My only criticism is that the database is for an American market and therefore it seldom recognises barcodes from British supermarkets. Otherwise it's a really good, useful tool and takes the headache out of weekly meals planning.

I appreciate the variety available for each meal and the option to swap. I hope at some point there will be an option to choose foods liked and disliked. I find there is a lot of avocado in the recipes, and I am not a fan.

All good bar the non UK food names creating some confusion

It was easy and there was a sale.

Appears to be trustworthy, and provides a way out after 7 days.

Straight forward. Focuses is on real food. Recipes easy to follow sometimes a little unusual but still tasty.
