DECEPTIVE COMPANY THAT USES SMALL PRINT TO TAKE MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT! I signed up for a free trial but quickly decided it wasn’t for me so I cancelled. but 3 months later they removed £54 from my account!!? PLEASE AVOID!!!!

Décembre, je souscris pour 19.60€; On me demande un supplément de 39€ sans avoir pu accéder à un quelconque service; première ARNAQUE. je ne souscrit pas et me mets en recherche pas de solution pour me d'désabonner. Piégé ??? Deux semaine plus tard, retrait automatique de 39 € sur ma carte de crédit: deuxième ARNAQUE. Ces gens basés en Lituanie sont des voleurs, fuyez les . pas d'autre choix que de déposer plainte.

Unlike other "Auto-Renew" apps that send an email saying it is time to continue or decline, this company unfairly just charges your CC on file with no warning, and no refund!!!! Beware!!!

Avoid like the plague! I signed up on an 'offer' for 3 months but was not notified it was an on going subscription. Today £72 was taken out of my account and no refund available. Obviously I have cancelled any future payments and it's been confirmed I will not be charged anymore. Have warned my bank just in case!

Avoid signing up for this app at all cost. It is a scam and I am absolutely disgusted at how they trick you into getting your bank details and then take payments without your permission. I signed up for the 7 day trial period and paid £7.50 but decided it wasn't for me and cancelled two days before the expiry date. Received a confirmation to say it had been cancelled and then two days later they debited my account of £33.00 which I hadn't signed up for. I have sent 5 emails to which all have been ignored. I have had to ring my bank to cancel any further payments to this company as quite obviously its not legitimate. Please be warned and avoid. Your response is complete rubbish. I cancelled the subscription two days before the deadline and you took it upon yourselves to conveniently change the date to the following Monday and then proceed to take a full month's payment. As for putting up your email address for help that is a joke as after sending 5 emails you never respond.

This company is a scam. As a diabetic, I paid for a one-week menu. It was crappy, full of carbs. Better information is available from the NHS for free. The company then took an unauthorised payment of £33, having "converted" me to a regular subscription, an option which I did not select. The company explained that the information about automatic conversion is provided on the checkout page and also in the payment confirmation message. That is false. The payment confirmation showed only the payment I had authorised and the period of one week. Having obtained my bank information the company raided my account for an amount I did not authorise and a service I did not ask for. I raised a dispute with my bank, who have repaid the unauthorised payment pending resolution of the problem. I also found a mysterious pending "renewal" payment the day after, from a company I have had no dealings with. The bank also blocked that payment. Beware of this company. They are scam artists.

I have had the most awful encounter with this company My mum died in Christmas Day and I’m disabled with fibromyalgia amongst other things and I forgot to cancel it - my fault but hey I’ve had a hard year so far , they charge me 33 pound for one month but there’s an offer for less than that for the year I asked them to please refund me as I don’t want to pay that sort of money , explained my situation but they make no allowances , Shameful

AVOID,AVOID, AVOID. Please be careful with this company. I have had £54 taken from my account, and they are refusing to refund me, despite the fact I was under the impression I had cancelled my account. There is no warning that they are about to take your money, cancellation is not simple, especially if you have it on an app. Please read section 5 on Payments, especially 5.8.1, 5.8.2, 5.8.4, 5.8.5, 5.8.6 Also there are much better apps out there, that are free and much clearer on billing!
