I ordered this strawberry fiber basically is what it is. He gave me severe heartburn. They immediately sent me a return slip. I returned it and they’ve received it and they just keep sending me an email saying they have canceled it and I won’t be charged anymore, but I was never returned the $150 that I was charge For this fiber that’s bad customer service I would never order from them again and I will let everyone I know find out. Be careful ordering from them because they will not refund your money. Good luck, Pam H.

I signed up to MyDiabetes in October 2024. I then found on looking at the site that it wasn't quite what I had expected, so I emailed to request a refund in October 2024 and got no response. I also requested that they stop the recurring subscription as I did not wish to renew. Yesterday I emailed them again, twice as they had billed me for £63. I have not received any response to my emails and I wish to be refunded immediately please. Update 13/04/25, I emailed them and they have come back to offer me only 50% of the subscription. Not happy and have asked for 100% as I had cancelled the autorenewal 7 months ago by email. Will update this post again. 15/04/25 Thank you, I have now received the full refund.

I (think)I bought a 3 month membership. I believe this is a SCAM, and I got no help from them. I never heard anything, and when I did do a search to find them, all the person did was to try and sell me more. BEWARE

I cancelled the subscription in the MyDiabetes app in March 2025 during my “free trial”, or so I thought, having followed the instructions in the app. I find today that MyDiabetes has charged me for the app and for an exercise programme ( £54 and £21 respectively). I have now requested a refund and await a reply. This company dupes people into paying. Please don’t join!

I am sooooo disappointed with this service it stinks. Four months of paying $35 dollars and I have no support at all. no telephone number to call. Non existent customer service. do not know what to do even to cancel it. I have not used the service at all. Can anyone please help.

Very disappointed that I ended up with a subscription that must have been very small print as it didn’t even download the app Why I hadn’t seen that they were taking £33 out fit 3 months was my problem Outrageous amount even if I’d been using the app for a few ideas on meals I am not even diabetic just looked at a few recipe ideas

I signed up for this program. I could never download the app. I contacted the company at least 3 times. They never responded. After numerous times of trying to download the program “cancel program” showed up on the screen. I cancelled due to lack of support! What a rip!! Karen

Very Bad. I signed up for 3 months & then the site said 1 month is recommended. I sent an email to cancel the 3 months & switch to the 1 month...No response at All. When I signed up & attempted to manually input my information**They used (Google Pay). I do Not have Google Pay. In their customer support they said Google has to issue the refund? This kinda thing is getting out of hand. This site & Google are Scamming. This kinda stuff is deadly dangerous the way things are now in our society. I'm giving our current Administration, Ftc, CFPB et al this case. ****This is a Breach!
