SCAM!
Sent a request to cancel my subscription well before my 7 day free trial period ended. When I did not receive a reply/confirmation, I sent asecond request, again before the trial period ended. No response again. Instead, as soon as the 7 day period was up, MyDiabetes made two charges to my VISA: one for $11 & one for $54. Days later, I am still trying to get those charges refunded and they are still trying to either get me to stay, or just give me a partial refund. They are now acknowledging that I did send the initial cancellation requests in time, but say I sent them to a different MyDiabetes department than the one that deals with subscriptions so, in essence, too bad for me. I initially cancelled because the app frequently gave nutritional & caloric values that were way off for the serving sizes submitted (e.g. 2 green grapes? 143 kcal!🙄). Do yourself a favour & don't use this app!

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration caused by the billing and cancellation process. Your feedback about the inaccurate nutritional information is important, and we take it seriously. We’re continuously working to improve the app’s accuracy and customer support.
