⭐ One Star for My Diabetes App – A Glorified Notepad with a Side of Sticker Shock Listen, I’ve had better luck managing my diabetes with a $2 notebook from the dollar store and a free calculator app than with this overpriced digital disaster called My Diabetes. Charging $75 a MONTH for what’s essentially a calorie counter and a blood sugar log is like charging me $75 to breathe air – absurd, insulting, and frankly, a scam dressed in a health app’s clothing.

I signed up for 7 day trial service and paid for 9.50. Then I started getting small charges on my account, .94, .19 then 46.90. I did not approve of these charges, I only signed up for the 7 day trail. When I contacted the customer service, they told me that they were not giving me my money back but did cancel my service. I only signed up for 7 days. I do not want to do business or trust a company that has hidden charges on sign ups. Beware before doing so.

Taken over £70 from my account today without warning or knowledge that this would be taken! Absolutely disgusting. Taken money today for membership that I do not want and they will not refund me! DO NOT USE

I think the app is stealing from vulnerable customers like me. I don’t ever recall subscribing to their services and now all of a sudden I see them charging me £75 (54& 21) pounds in total. I want people to know DO NOT trust them I have got 2 debit. I checked my App Store also to find that it has its subscription I fail to understand on what basis have they charged me this….

I believe that I canceled my subscription as soon as I realized that there was $35 monthly fee. I was charged anyway and they refused to refund this fee even though I contacted them on the day that the charge hit my account. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I should have known, but I took the bait. They have the typical long narrative about how great they are, but they hide all the real stuff until you pay. As soon as I saw their menus I cancelled the subscription. However, they don't give refunds. I literally cancelled within minutes of paying. Hopefully I won't get a rebill in 3 months. The bottom line is you are paying to use their app. The menus are heavy on quinoa, hummus, tofu, berries, etc. Really fussy menus that are not practical. I didn't even bother to look at the shopping lists. They have little charts for you to track all kinds of minute data. Whatever. Don't buy it.
