Disappointing Experience
Disappointing Experience – Overpriced, Impractical, and Poor Cancellation Policy I signed up to try MyDiabetes with the hope of finding simple, sustainable recipes — instead, I was met with overly complex meal plans full of ingredients like quinoa, tofu, and expensive berries that are neither accessible nor practical for most people managing diabetes on a budget. It felt more like a health fad app than one designed for real-life diabetic needs. The bigger issue, however, is the recurring payment model. Despite cancelling, I was still charged £54 — and like many others have noted in reviews, this seems to be a recurring theme. Yes, the company will point to the small print in their Terms & Conditions or claim this is made clear at checkout, but that doesn’t change the fact that the billing process feels intentionally opaque. Please don't reply with your usual canned message about contacting support — I already did, and was told the charge is non-refundable. A refund for an unused, cancelled service shouldn’t require back-and-forth emails and a fight. I’m sharing this so others are aware before signing up. Proceed with caution — especially if you're expecting flexible meal support or transparent billing.

Dear Paul, I understand your concern. Please note, that every customer is informed about the recurring charges in our Terms and Conditions page as well as in the Order Confirmation email that is automatically sent out to you when you made the initial purchase.
