Disgusted with the extortionate rip off and being charged twice for the same subscription. I got very little value from the app and had to pay £100 for the experience.

Stay away from this site. You will never be able to cancel subscription. And will get charged to your debit/credit card even for the free plan.I have numerous emails and responses and it all goes in circles never letting me cancel subscription. I cannot afford this at all. My only choice is to file bankruptcy.

So far the money has been taken and the log in goes round in circles. I believe this is a dreadful and cruel scam I had a reply from MyDiabetes asking me to email them which I have done and still no response although they continue to plague me with endless emails.

Due to a hospital stay, I forgot to cancel the 3 monthly renewal of their app. This cost me £76. I cancelled as soon as I received the credit card notification and requested a refund from this company, as I had no intention of using the app any further, only to be told that the 14 day refund claim period did not apply for renewing subscriptions. In that same condescending email the thanked me for my ‘understanding’ of the situation. I was neither understanding nor happy with this financial loss. I have shared this feedback with my entire diabetes support group and advised them to cancel any subscriptions to this so called ‘service’ and look for an alternative option. Update - Well I ‘reached out’ via the email address they provided, including a screenshot of this review, and they have not even had the common courtesy to reply.

I don't want to pay for another plan

I signed up for a one week trial and yet they took over £41 from my account (1 month) No communication whatsoever, just a rip-off company. Be warned, do not use this company. You are better off using Dr Google or take advice from the UK NHS website for diabetes advice. They are not the only ones….

Purtroppo per errore non ho disdetto l'abbonamento ma il giorno stesso dell'addebito ho chiesto l'annullamento in quanto non ho praticamente utilizzato la app nel periodo gratuito. Credo che spendere 61.00 euro per una app che non uso sia assurdo. Ho già inviato una mail ma mi è stato risposto che non possono accogliere la mia richiesta. Vorrei avvalermi del diritto di ripensamento. Li ho contattati e mi hanno rimborsato.
