Beware, this company is absolutely awful. Being newly diagnosed, I signed up for a 3-month trial for £1 (only for the eating plan). I looked, it was absolutely useless and I cancelled. A few days ago they took £54 for the eating plan and £21 for the exercise plan out of my bank account. At no point did I agree to this. I contacted my bank's fraud department last night, and lo and behold, this morning I received an e-mail from MyDiabetes to say my subscription (that I never actually signed up for) is cancelled. I'll leave it up to my bank to get a refund. My card has been cancelled and I am now without the means to any money 'till my new card arrives. Bunch of scammers and thieves - you have been warned.

I took a one week trial of this app. I did not like it so had no intention of continuing but they have taken £40.99 from my bank for the next month. I did not give permission for this. It was not made clear in their confirmation email and they did not let me know in advance they would take any more money. Their reply to me was that they could not give me a refund. This is totally unacceptable and I intend to pursue this as it is a blatant fraud in my opinion.

Wife signed for free trial canceled after one day but they still took money. Tried their chat but was in a queue of 1 for ages. Free trial is fraudulent advertising.

I purchased what I thought was a one off trial package for what I thought was a pre-diabetes diet. When it came I realised it was for a diabetic. They then took a second subscription of £40.99 which I can ill afford. I received no notification they were about to take a second subscription from them, I only found out was after the event when PayPal informed me of the transaction. They refused to refund me even though the package was unfit for my purpose.

I was very disappointed to see the company still charged me £54.00 after I had cancelled my subscription in July. They have ignored my numerous requests for a refund.

Scam! Did a trial and cancelled my subscription on the app. The next quarter they took a membership and a workout plan! Nearly £100 in total. I asked for a full refund as they can tell I had not accessed it and they refused.

Do NOT subscribe to this service They will charge your card after you cancel The product is worthless and the company tries to sell a other useless products STAY FAR AWAY from this company (scam)

I added a free subscription and the app reflected the free subscription. As it turns out I was being charged for months (expensive at £40 a month) . When reviewing in the app- it still showed a free subscription. I am waiting for MyDiabetes to provide more information but beware if you are just evaluating - this company are very quick to charge and not provide notification of charges or (in my case) display the paid for subscription in the app.
