I am so happy that I found my Diabetes. The meal plans are great and some of it I’ve never eaten before and they’re always filling. I would like to eat correctly because I have type II Diabetes. I have trouble figuring out what to eat and how much. My Diabetes has made it so simple. I would recommend it to anyone that wants to eat correctly and lose a little weight. I have already lost 6 pounds since June 1 !! In case you don’t know, my Diabetes also logs three meals a day,your blood sugar, your blood pressure, your pulse, your weight, how much water you drink and how many steps you take daily my favorite thing about my Diabetes is you can swap different kinds of meals if you happen to not care about what you’re having that day. I absolutely hate diets, keeping track of what you eat and how much, etc. my Diabetes does it all. I would recommend my Diabetes to anyone trying to eat correctly or takeoff a few pounds. This has been the best eating experience that I have ever had.

Nice app to get motivated. It is what I needed. The menus are simple, easy and fast to do. Menu swap to your tests and ingredients easy to find or swap.
