Easy to navigate site, no pressure to purchase extras. I have followed Dr Unwin for a few years even before I was diagnosed pre diabetic so knew it was the place to get honest help and advice.

I had to cancel my subscription because I tried to install on a computer and the app is only for a phone or tablet. The conversation with help was very polite and knowledgeable. There was no problem with ending my subscription. I feel comfortable dealing with this company, especially in the future.
