You know, when you get to the average telephone center, you cringe, just knowing what a horrible experience it's going to be: Some under-trained individual, reading lines that are pre-programmed, that they're forced to use, no matter how stupid it is. And, this is after pressing multiple buttons on the phone, praying you get a real person. That was simply not the case with my experience. Not only was this wonderful lady knowledgeable (I sincerely apologize that I did not write her name down), but her responses were crisp, her knowledge was deep, and she took total ownership of my entire order. She even followed up on the date she said she would, and completed everything without my having to call again. What a great experience!

Thanks for submitting the LLC paper work for me, In just two weeks I already received the response of submission from the state. Hopefully the rest of the process is as timely as up to now.

MyCorporation filed my business with the wrong name. It has been almost 2 months and the name on the incorporation documents is still wrong. This is not acceptable.

Although the price was a bit exorbitant after I actually thought I was paying the basic amount which after taxes and other charges,the service was quite stellar.I received prompt attention and respect from the CSR.I guess I would recommend this company for someone who needs their services.

MyCorporation would have received a 5 star from me but they made one big mistake. As most people, I was needing my documents quickly so I could set up a bank account. They sent me the corporate seal and forgot to put the documents in the package. When I contacted them to inquire, they admitted the error and emailed me the documents so I could get my bank account set up. I would still recommend them highly.
