MyCorporation is the best incorporation service I have used. They are quick, responsive, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. They made the task of incorporating a business so simple. I am happy I found them and will recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

I have used them many times for business set up and I find them very efficient and friendly. My one concern is when you do this for a client and you give your credit card they keep it on file for the future charges related to the business you help set up. Once the business is set up I pass it on to the client and they should have their cc on file. There is no mechanism for this and now I make sure I use the client's cc when doing it for them.

They did a great job getting my business set up. I think they were very knowledgeable. I appreciated their help and experience because I honestly did not know what I was doing.

I was very pleased with how easy it was to order and how quickly I received my information. I was a little disappointed that they now charge extra for specific documents to be customized and they no longer provide the tabbed binder as they did in the past. For the amount of the money it cost I really thought it would have been included. Plus it was a nice feature that made Mycorporation stand out above the rest. That was why I came back so it was disappointing not to have that included.

As a long time business owner (over 15 years), I am always looking for people who can act as my "arms and legs". You know, employees or vendors who get what you need and can run with it. I recently formed an LLC using My Corporation and they took care of everything and over delivered! They understood my needs and offered solutions that I wasn't sure existed and then delivered on their promises. I highly recommend them and wonder why any entrepreneur would ever use anyone else.
