My second time around and I’m totally pleased

Good experience! I registered with MyCorporation to help file for my copyright. At first, communication was delayed due to the fact it was weekend; but I was contacted and everything went smoothly. Will update if I experience any negatives. So far everything is okay.

On an initial filing the name for my business was wrong due to miss-understanding of the initial filing forms. Later mycorporation.com manged to fix everything at no extra cost for me! that worked well. I appreciate all the help I'm getting for the agent that was assigned to me.

I needed a special LLC in Missouri. Called MC and completed it in only 3 days. Low cost, and all of the details of operating an LLC in MO was explained. Official LLC documents look fine and we look forward to a new successful business.

This is the fourth time I've created companies with MyCorporation and it went very quickly and with very few problems. They forgot to mail me my the digital version of my Operating Agreement this time but other than that it went very well.
