Easy to use tool
Received a phone call to confirm entered info minutes after submitting my application to register an LLC. Every time I called there was a real and a helpful person on the other side.

I am not a happy customer.
My Corp charged my account for filing fess that I never agreed too. When I first spoke with my representative Scott he asked if we would be filling through them or taking care of the filling on our own. I advised that we would be taking care of it on our own. Recently they hit my account for the filling fees that I did not agree with them doing. I am almost convinced that this company is a scam. Research this company more before you proceed anything with them.

Thank you for your feedback. Our records show that there were no charges to your account. If you show a charge to your account, we would be happy to refund you. We are definitely not a scam - our number one priority is our customer service. Most, if not all, of our customers desire to stay in good standing with the state. There are significant penalties from the state if they do not file their documents on time. Hence, customers prefer that we set them up for annual filings. Certainly, if that is not your preference, we understand and we would not continue to bill you for a service you do not want. With that said, we do not see any charges on your account, so we apologize if you believe you have been charged and we would be happy to work with your credit card company to resolve any concern you have. We appreciate you as a customer, and we mean that sincerely.

For a first experience, MyCorporation did an adequate job
Lack of timely updates is probably the biggest problem. MyCorporation should spell out the date of receipt right from the beginning. Saying 20 business days isn't clear.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that the quote of 20 business days was not clear. Our goal is to always communicate clearly with our clients. Around the end of the year and into the new year, sometimes the states can be delayed, so it can be hard for us to predict state filing times. Unfortunately, that is one area of what we do that is not easy to predict. We always do our best though. We thank you for being our customer and we will continue to work to better predict and communicate the Secretary of State processing times.
