wrong services and incomplete
I was sent bylaws for a general stock corporation and had to call back to get that fixed to have the professional accountancy corporation bylaws. Then I was sent bylaws that I have to fill in. I paid to have the bylaws completed by this company not to have to do this myself. And I wasn't sent back a complete set of minutes for the professional accountancy corporation. I paid for services that I did not get and I also paid for rush services. This cause a great delay

NOT RECOMMENDED
They are very very slow with incorporations. They leave you hanging for weeks and ignoring you, no update on the incorporation status. They cant answer simple questions.

Jennifer Briseno is the best ! She is patient and kind on every phone conversation that I’ve had with her. She encourages me to ask clarifying questions and answers them with patience. She also has educated me around my LLC and benefits offered to me. Im thankful for her ongoing support and I highly recommend her !
