We never received our endorsed State of CA Articles of Corporation
We chose mycorporation to establish our corporation and we are extremely dissatisfied. I have not received our Articles of Incorporation and received someone else's EIN application for signature. Since this includes very personal information about the owners of that other business I can only imagine what other mistakes are occurring we are unaware of.

Great service, really good service.
They were great from my first phone call until I received the corporate papers. I opened my bank, they even called me to help me answer any questions I have. They were fantastic. MyCorporation did a perfect job for me.

initial filed name and address were not the correct ones but later everything was fixed
On an initial filing the name for my business was wrong due to miss-understanding of the initial filing forms. Later mycorporation.com manged to fix everything at no extra cost for me! that worked well. I appreciate all the help I'm getting for the agent that was assigned to me.

I paid my money but what happened to my corporation filing?
Its great to get a chance to review when this invitation to review seems to be the only communication I received after paying hundreds of dollars to get my corporation filed. it would be good to know that something is happening - right now, there is just silence and no communication.

Simple process, excellent customer service
Never having done this before, I needed to find the company which would properly setup my new company while giving me the information I needed about the process. MyCorp did all that.
