Where the HELL is my course I paid for in JUNE!!! It does not show online!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Response from Construction Estimating InstituteSep 2, 2026
We're very sorry for the frustration and delay you experienced. Our courses are now hosted on a different platform, and a login email should have gone out shortly after your June purchase, it's possible it landed in your spam folder. I spoke with you directly by phone to help resolve this, and I can confirm the course has since been completed and your license renewed.

I ordered the $99 14 hour CEU for General Contractors and have no way to access the course. I logged into my account and it is not in My Training.

We're sorry to hear about your frustration, and we appreciate you letting us know. You should have received an email with your login link and instructions. Please note that this course is now hosted on a different platform than the one you used in 2024, so it won't be in the same portal as before. It's possible that email landed in your spam or junk folder, so we'd recommend checking there first. I do see that you've completed the course, so if you need anything further, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're sorry for any inconvenience!
