Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry this experience was so disappointing for you and your team. Your boss traveled from out of state and gave up his weekend for this class. We understand how frustrating it was for him to arrive without the materials he expected, and we don't take that lightly. We want to explain what happened with the books. For our Business & Finance course, we offer three options: the online course, the live class, or a package with both. None of these options include the reference books, which are sold separately on the same page. Our "no hidden costs" message means that the course itself has no extra fees for its materials. We can see how that wording, along with how the books appear on the page, could leave the impression that the books came with the course. We're sorry for that confusion. We're reviewing how this information appears on our website so the next customer knows exactly what their purchase includes. We're also sorry to hear about the problems with the equipment during the live class. We've shared this feedback with our instructional team.
