I have been with the credit union (or one merged into Consumers) for over 40 years. While the service has always been fantastic, their locations were moving farther away from me. I was thrilled when I learned they were expanding their locations. Now there is one close to me.

what I feel, what was witnessed by my adult son, in from out of state, was the greeting and warmth generated by those in offices or assisting at a counter. Customer service lives at Consumer's. I've been serviced at two locations, Schaumburg and Streamwood, no difference, the staff at both are glad to see the customer and satisfaction is their only goal.

The staff at the Mount Morris Il office are wonderful. Laura has been so helpful any time we have a question. It’s so nice to talk to a person. They understand that living in rural farm areas computer access is not always available. All the staff is understanding and knowledgeable and haven’t lost that personal touch. The computer wanted a specific date of experience therefore I was not able to put always.

The customer service is amazing. They are easy to do business with and there web site is simpler to navigate

We’ve belonged to the credit Union for over 35 years. It is an excellent combination of professional banking and family business where people recognize us and work diligently to meet our needs and goals.

Great customer service, good cd rates and interest rates are good.
