The Representatives are very helpful.

Have a mortgage with them and am very pleased. Their money market rates are very low so I’ve moved my money elsewhere. When we purchased a car we had to finance elsewhere as rates were higher at Consumers. I do have rewards checking but never qualify for interest as I refuse to use Debit/Credit cards as both were hit with fraud. My husbands account Debit/Credit cards were also hit with fraud.

Good consumer and old people

The customer service is Outstanding! The services offered are what most people use I really enjoy utilizing the app anytime of day or night I feel safe in the app because of the security My only downside is that the cc is in my husband's name and I do not have access to see any of the transactions unless I go through him. What happens if he is not available?
