I am not completely happy with the length of time it takes to change account ownership. My wife and I requested a change of ownership from Joint to a Trust account and submitted all the documents. It has been exactly one month and the bank has not concluded the process. We are not sure if the delay is caused by the bank or the individual handling our case. We made identical change in other financial institutions and all of them took 5-7 business days. The process at CCU is going on 4 weeks. The profesionalism and friendliness of the team member is fantastic, we are very happy with that...but the delay in completing our request offset that. Hopefully this review can help CCU review their internal processes or improve their estimation of time it takes to complete this process. Thank You.

Great rates. Great customer service team. Here's my rub and the reason for the 3 stars vs. 5 star rating: I hate the look of the monthly bank statement. Its hard to read, its crowded with excess crap. Its a mess.

Every time I use an ATM with my card I get a fraud statement! Even when I use Consumers to get my cash! I know you are just doing your job! It’s just frustrating on my part! Thanks

Overall I like CCU better than a bank. But their gateway to outside vendors for some online functions prevents me from giving them more than three stars. Their autopay system takes more than a month to deduct the first payment. They have other hicups as well. Their outside teller machine at volo, farthest from the building, gets finicky and refuses to accept a debit card, making me go inside for a simple drive through function.
