English speaking agents - (Tho, i do miss the old days when the phone was answered directly by someone I knew by name from previous support) I started dealing with your company in 1997 and have hung on thru all the name and process changes but, I sure do miss the simple days of old when I felt like I was a known customer.

I have been a member for over 30 years and have ALWAYS enjoyed working with CCU! You have always come through for me whether it be for auto loans, mortgages or banking. I DO have one request though....please open a branch in Murray, Kentucky where I live. I would LOVE to be able to refinance my mortgage with you and currently cannot because I don't live in Illinois. Please listen to your LONG TIME MEMBERS....THANK YOU! :)

I’ve banked with consumers for 20 years and have always had a great experience. I’ve had a checking and savings account as well as a loan and have had many in person and over the phone teller experiences.

Consumers is great! We've been members for almost 20 years. They pay the highest interest rates for checking accounts and always have excellent customer service.

I like Consumers Crit Union. It is convenient to my house. Everyone is so nice and helpful to deal with. They offer competitive rates. Service is timely.
