I was helping my grandmother to get certified for her MMJ card and she was having a hard time understanding the doctor then we got disconnected to zoom, as she said she would call on the phone instead. The doctor said she would call when able to because she had other patients waiting and this was frustrating because we had already been sitting in the waiting room over 20 minutes. I called the office and they said it appeared as if the doctor approved her and he tried to talk me out of still having her speak with a doctor, which was obviously out personal interest with them being busy. We did finally get reconnected and I helped translate what the doctor said because her accent was hard for Grandma Joan to understand. We got things sorted out but I am still unhappy with the process we had to go through, it did not seem as though the employees cared too much about their patients
