The doctor David Okonkwo did not complete the provider form correctly and I have to have it corrected for my card to go thru

I would rate this site a true 0. Because when I try to access my documents to complete the process it disappeared, and now a week later, no tech person is able to help me they say the doc has all that but I have no way to call him. I must sign up again and pay just to ask for what I already paid for. I have begged and begged and cried and begged for someone to help me and nobody will help me. And If I go back to the doctor window, I gotta pay another $149. Just to find out where my documents went, it's rip-off. Don't do it, don't pay, don't buy it. It's a rip-off. And if the right people would call me back, like, Dr. Miller and help me get my documents that would be wonderful, otherwise it's c***, it's a scam. My name is Leslie and it's a scam.

Never received my certificate from DR

The call was 60 seconds. No info on what happens next. No chat box. No phone number.

Well personally I feel like the meeting that we had was a good one once I told the doctor would happened and what I was going through and how a doctor prescribed it for me but at the time the pandemic happened and I wasn't able to get it or receive it it prevented me from getting any help with the students but the doctor that I spoke to at this agency was very understandable understanding and supportive and he allowed me to express my feelings and my thoughts openly without making me feel bad or anything like that but yeah I was told that I needed to start as soon as possible due to the severity of of my injuries that was done to my body and the cataracts issues that I've been having with my eyes and the going blind part but he was very understandable and he took his time and listened to me and allowed me to tell him what was happening and going on but I really do appreciate everything that help any assistance and even more I can't wait to actually get started so that way I can have an opportunity to actually help myself which is what I've been working on but the thing is is that I didn't tell him the full matter of that I was kidnapped and held hostage and that's how my injuries happened but nonetheless he allowed me to speak openly and freely but yeah I can't wait to get started I hope I I'm able to start as soon as possible so I can begin the process of the healing and helping myself but I think I thinking for everything that he's going to help me accomplish with everything that I've been going through anyways have a great rest of your day

After the appointment, I have not been able to create an account. The chat function was not helpful. Please fix these issues as I now have NO DOCUMENTATION THAT I WAS PRESCRIBED THC

Unable to access my patient portal, asked for assistance, at this time I am receiving absolutely NO ASSISTANCE!!!

Waited in virtual waiting room almost 15 minutes past appointment time. Non English speaking doctor on black screen (never saw her) rushed through, entire visit lasted lass than 2 minutes. Said you are approved & disconnected without me getting an opportunity to ask questions. Not worth the money.
