Having trouble with getting my prescription.I have already paid for the prescription.I also requested the phone call at my house.Still waiting to speak with the doctor about my prescription and the card.Please help me. I had a telephone call from the doctor scheduled for 9:45. She never called. I received a phone call at 10:10, telling me my call was rescheduled with another doctor at 11:00. I work fulltime, and I was concerned that this call would conflict with a scheduled call with a client. Luckily, the call lasted about 5 minutes, so no problem, but I was anxious about this.

I couldn't understand a word the doctor said would be nice if she spoke better English but she was very nice

Doctor was late to the appointment with no notice of being late or change in appointment time to me. Appointment was supposed to have been a telehealth meeting over the computer but ended up being just a phone call instead. Overall seemed a tad unprofessional and unorganized.
