Not a long wait to get appointment, appointment was on time, had a glitch at first but worked it out and had a very nice chat about my experience so far and compared with my expectations. The people are always so caring about my health and pain management and making sure I'm getting what I need. I will definitely call again for next year's reregistration.

My appointment with the doctor was at 2:30 and after 20 minutes , the doctor didn't come on. I figured that there may have been a delay so I called the CC number. They immediately got in touch with the doctor and she called me right away. It wasn't a big problem, thus the 4 stars.
