Easy to upload pictures. Received the books in a timely manner. Had an issue where I received someone else’s book instead of the third one i purchased. Vendor responded very quickly and got the correct book sent my way. The books are cute. Some of the pictures turned out really well and look just like my grandkids. Others are close but off a bit so not as easy to recognize who is in the picture. I probably should have ordered one book first instead of three to see the quality first but overall happy with the product.

This was a gift for our grandchildren with various family photos - THEY LOVED IT!! The pictures were great. Incredible definition. Cost is a bit high, but everyone loved it.

My grandkids loved the coloring book but since they don't live by me I wish I had been able to see the finished product. I did find the website a little hard to manage at times but I made it through.

Overall happy with coloring pages, but disappointed in one family picture where kids heads were cut off.

For the most part, the coloring book is great. A few of the pictures are distorted and details missing. Some of the pictures when enlarged cut off some of the detail like the top of the head. All the details were there in the original pictures. In order to help with the details, I ended up sending a copy of the original pictures [40] with the coloring book. However, my six year old granddaughter didn't know the difference and was excited with this gift.

Good customer service. Gift looks amazing !

I placed my order Nov 16 and still have not received my order. I have not received any information as to when it will be delivered. I have sent emails and left a voice message with no reply. So I am not a happy customer. I have now received my order. It took awoke to get it but I love it. Very happy with my order, thank you.

Love the concept of the personalized book. The actual product didn’t disappoint and was shipped in sturdy packaging so it didn’t get damaged in the mail. It took longer than expected to arrive and I didn’t receive status updates (presumably due to a technical glitch), but overall I am happy with my order.
