Coloring book was pretty good but they sell you on a cover for the book for an extra 12.50 which in their pictures looks like a hard binding for it. Don’t fall for this. It comes w a cover and there is no separate hard cover for it. They originally told me it was mailed separately and it never came. Also I ordered in mid November for Christmas and I had to send them a follow-up email in mid December to which they responded that they will work on it. If I didn’t send the email, I don’t think i would have received it by Christmas. Coloring book is ok but I definitely got scammed out of 12.50 for the book cover. Just be aware!!!

Hi Allan, I'm thank you for complementing our books and I'm so sorry you feel this way about our covers. We make it very clear in our product photos of what the custom cover is - a picture and message included on the cover to customize it as a gift. At no point, and no where on the website is there mention of a separate hard cover. We were having an issue with our email system upon fulfilling items, where an email erroneously sent saying the 'cover had been delivered' - which while we're sorry for the confusion and frustration it caused - is something that happened after you had purchased the cover. In any case, we're more than happy to refund you the $12.50 - please email us to coordinate. Definitely not our intention to make you feel cheated. It's not at all representative of what we offer, and we're sorry that it wasn't more clear.
