Installing Elephant Drive backup technology for the first time on my computer was handled with ease. The process was accomplished by Julie Anne from US Tech Support who was at once a professional who knew how to accomplish the task in a very short amount of time.

My main screen wasn't placed back on my computer and to me my computer was acting slow. Later on Jeremy had contacted me and went to work. In less than 30 minutes he contacted me and told me it was all done, I was impressed with his manner and professionalism. He left me a summary statement on what he had done. He makes US tech Support look good.

I could not get on my wifi but it was early this morning so they must have been working internally so I was able to get on after contacting you all this morning. The problem was solved without the technician do anything.
