Beware of surprise charges. The software works well for my purposes, but I got hit with the 'live tech' fee of $19.95/mo after the 1st month. Had to call to cancel, but they would not remove the charge. Also, there is no way to log in to your billing account to monitor. Kinda sketchy. Why do all these services try to rip you off? Can't they just be above board and provide transparent services at a reasonable cost?

After purchasing McCleanPC, I am being charged $19.95 service charge. I did not authorize this amount. Before giving this company your credit card information (which I would not, personally) make sure you understand that the actual software purchase is just the tip of the iceberg.

The interaction with the technician, Fernando Ignacio was as expected - truly great. However, I have had an excessively long wait time, several hours to get the technician(s). The wait time is unacceptable. Then the first line individuals continually try the "hard sell" to the point of being obnoxious in trying to sell the "latest product." They simply fail to understand the word "NO" This is very fustrating and if it was not for the high quality of the 2nd level techs I would not stay with this product. Reviewing the technical assistance; not the MyCleanPC product.

My Tech was very helpful in getting my computer (15-20 years old) back running right!! It would freeze every 3 minuets and be s-l-o-w!!! He was easy to understand and was very fast getting everything in order!! Thanks!!
