The tech was great but was told I would…
The tech was great but was told I would get a call back from technician within 1 hour. Waited 6 1/2 hours until the call came through. Tied up my whole day. When I used Support.com, I was connected within 1 minute, 6 1/2 hours is too long to wait. Too many customers for the number of technicians. Should try to remedy this quickly or you will start hemorrhaging clients

My only complaint is the number of pop up advertising I receive from IOLO I wish your company wouild cut back on the frequency of these pop ups.

Good technical support
I just learned support.com was acquired by another company. I was concerned but when I spoke to technical support person and she assisted me I feel more confident I can get the support I need on future problems.
