Mijn anti virus en Active care werkten niet
Mijn anti virus werkte niet. Om hulp gevraagd.... Men maakte correct contact en vertelde wat men ging doen. Op afstand werd mijn probleem verholpen. Mijn Engelse taal is niet best, maar desondanks kwamen we eruit.

scam
I paid for a suppose full year license that is what is stated on my the app I bought, so normally till a year later you will be charged not a month later. That is not the case with those people, so they try to mask this charge under the pretest it is for customer service, and that makes this app expensive specially in comparative with other goods or better apps, At least be honest form the beginning and let the customer choose, I will never buy form those people again and much less recommend it to any body

What a rip off
What a rip off! Installed it to see if it would help, it didn't, and they enrolled me is tech support and auto renew, $21.55 a month without my knowledge and tech support is no help at all.

Horrible
Horrible. I used it to uninstall ONE GAME from steam - its been going on for hours and it turns out it uninstalled ALL of steam and ALL of the games. The software is horrible. save your money. get "WinDirStat" that is way better and actually does what it says and does a proper scan of your computer.

Unusable software.
My desktop computer has been running very slowly and I thought that using software to clean my PC might help. According to one software review site MYCleanPC was excellent. Nothing could be further from the truth. I spent hours trying to get it to load including numerous chats with the US based company. Ultimately I was told that the software was probably ineffective due to the age of may computer. Additionally I was unwittingly subscribed to their Live Chat service which took some considerable time to cancel. However they also cancelled MY Clean PC software subscription. Ultimately I have been unable to use the software and the same comment applies to driver update software. In total I have lost the best part of £40 and wasted at least 10 hours on software which is absolutely useless.

if i could give them minus zero, i would. Be very careful as they lure you to take more money from you. you pay a yearly premium then charged you every month and it a pattern as you can notice from other customer reviews. Avoid at all cost, as deception is their moto

Awful Product, Awful Service, Avoid!
I took a subscription out (My Clean PC + 1month of free LiveTech), I immediately contacted their live chat to get this removed and this was confirmed by the agent this was removed. Today I get charged for the LiveTech support and when I asked them for a refund they refused.
