So the ordering process was simple however it was almost a week before I received any type of notification that the order was on its way. It was marked as having arrived when it wasn’t but that was most likely a USPS problem. My order arrived the very next day. I’ve had the products now for a few days, and I am impressed by the pop and the airflow. Of course, I will forewarn anyone who tries this to understand that it takes some getting used to in order to get the devices to actually have airflow. Especially the Legura. The BreZ is great and air flows every time without having to try hard. And I would suggest that anyone giving these devices a try really lower their expectations to an extremely low level as far as the flavor is concerned. It is extremely subtle to the point of being almost nonexistent. I can kind of smell a scent maybe get a flavor hint of a scent, but as far as actually having any kind of flavored air thing happening. Don’t expect that. I’m not finding these have that at all. Personally, I feel as if the wicks were so dry and really had a very little scent or flavor at all. I’m not sure how long they’re kept before they’re shipped, how old they are or anything like that. I would not be surprised to find out that these are sitting on a shelf for far too long before they’re sent to a customer, I would be really curious to experience what it would be like to use a freshly scented wick. Where exactly can we buy the liquid and fill the wicks ourselves anyway?? I couldn’t find flavors of liquid on their site. Overall, I am not blown away or all that impressed to be honest. I also wouldn’t go so far to say I regret the purchase. I can confidently say I will most likely use the devices to use up wicks shipped with the devices, however, I am not optimistic about buying more wicks that are pre-flavored. I don’t find them worth the money at all. I would be interested in purchasing the liquid in order to add the liquid myself to the wicks and hope that’s better flavor. I would hope that would make the flavor in the air more pronounced and worth all of this. But I won’t know unless there’s a liquid to try.

I just bought the Legura. It's not that hard to pull like some people are saying, and I will have to get used to not blowing out any smoke, but so far it seems like a decent product. I recommend chewing some nicotine gum to curb your nicotine cravings. I also wish their flavor was a bit stronger. Overall, I do recommend buying if you're 100% certain about quitting, although I do feel that it is a bit overpriced for just sucking in flavored air.

The tracking available to me did not show clear proof that the parcel had actually been delivered to me. What was most frustrating was not just the delivery failure itself. Courier issues can happen. The bigger problem was how the issue was handled afterwards. Instead of CAPNOS taking ownership of the situation with the carrier, I repeatedly felt the burden was pushed back onto me. I had to check the tracking, explain what information was missing, ask them to escalate the issue with the carrier, follow up again after waiting for updates, and point out that the parcel appeared to have been routed to a carrier collection point rather than delivered to my address. In practice, I felt like I was doing much of the investigation myself. Their replies were polite, but the attitude felt procedural rather than genuinely proactive. They repeatedly acknowledged the inconvenience, but the practical responsibility for chasing, checking, explaining, and resolving the issue still seemed to sit with me. By the time CAPNOS offered a reshipment or refund and waived the outstanding expedited shipping invoice, I had already spent days following up and trying to resolve a problem that I had not caused. I ultimately collected the parcel myself from the carrier collection point, even though that was not the delivery address I provided and not a location I had chosen or authorised. For UK customers, this is the main point: if everything goes smoothly, you may be fine. But if there are any problems, my experience suggests you may need to do a lot of the work yourself to get them resolved. If you are ordering from the UK and do not have time for repeated follow-ups, carrier tracking, escalation requests, and potentially collecting a parcel from a location you did not choose, I would be cautious about ordering. Based on my experience, CAPNOS’ UK delivery and issue-resolution process is not something I would personally rely on.
