My last purchase was a buy-one-get-one deal. I purchased a silver replacement ring for myself and the gold ring for my daughter. I wear my ring every day. I find myself fiddling with it when I'm thinking and it makes me feel calmer and more centered. My daughter wears her ring daily too! I would recommend the Calmi ring for anyone who wants to bring some peace and clarity to herself.

I am thrilled with the calmi jewelry. I have worn a ring for over a year and do believe have benefited from it with relation to decreased bloating and better sleep. I have rings in silver and gold so I can switch it up with whatever I am wearing. I also have the earrings. I actually encouraged my sister in law to try it for sleep as well.
