When I rec’d an email that my order had shipped I checked the tracking info the next day. Tracking indicated the shipment had been canceled by shipper. Waited a few more days with the same results. Sent an email to customer service, rec’d a response the next morning that indicated they were looking into the matter. The follow-up response provided the correct tracking number. Very appreciative for the quick action as this was a birthday gift for my grandson. Package arrived before his birthday. My grandson was absolutely thrilled with the AN-225 airplane. He had to wait 2 days for the weekend before he was able to start the build. Got thru 10 of the 14 bags that weekend. The fuselage is complete. He is really pleased with the plane, just has to figure out where he will display it. Thank you. This was not my first order and it will not be the last!

The overall quality was nice and fun to build. It’s a good cheap version and it’s worth the cost. It does take awhile to reach me especially if it’s from china. Also it comes really banged up. Those are just some nit picks though.

I've ordered a number of sets over the past couple of years, and always have a great experience. The sets have come pretty quick regardless of the warehouse they are from.
