Quality pieces for a generic brand price! I'm not paying for very nice packaging, but it has it where it counts. Pieces are all present, sturdy, and consistent. Not as perfectly strict quality control as name brand, and the Minifigures and any trademarked printed material is modified to technically be original designs, but all the main set pieces work properly and the price difference makes it easily worth it.

Very happy with the price and quality. Only thing... 4 peaces were missing. I was able to order them on lego website.

It was an easy buy, just took a while to get to my house. Which is to be expected since it's being shipped from a different country. That's the only reason it's a four star.

The kit purchased (Orthanc) is good in quality and consistency, the issue I have is that there are missing pieces and the seller does not have the ability to provide those missing pieces and my kit is incomplete. My experience with buying from this shop is quite good and had no problems whatsoever, and in fact would recommend them. The caveat is that if you have missing pieces, expect to source them locally.

The only thing that I didn't like was it came in just a plastic bag. There wasn't a picture of what it was on the bag. This was a gift so I had to open it and turn the instruction book to the last page so the person I was giving it to could actually see what it was. The company should at least put a picture on the outside of the instruction book. The actual set was amazing and the person I gave it to loved it.
