They advertise a Lego set as stranger things but when we got it, it’s strange matter. False advertising. They claim there’s no issue and won’t offer a refund or a shipping return label. Watch out for these snakes as they argue back and forth instead of being professional and taking the order back like they should for knowingly selling a fake item.

Sorry about the misunderstanding. We have made it clear all the sets are not from LEGO but compatible with it. "The stranger matter” only appears on the sticker but the set is same as stranger things. We are happy to help you with replacement of sticker which has stranger things. We’re sorry to hear that your son gave up on the build. We understand that the bag numbering may have been confusing.
We would like to clarify how the bags are organized:
Step 0: There are two bags: 0-1 and 0-2.
Step 1: There are three inner bags: 1-1, 1-2, and 1-3.
The set continues in numbered building steps.
Steps 10 and 11: These are packed together in four inner bags: 10-11-1, 10-11-2, 10-11-3, and 10-11-4.
In total, the build is organized into 11 major steps across 10 main bags.
We’re also sorry for any misunderstanding regarding the packaging. As stated on our product pages, the set is a compatible building block set and is shipped without the original LEGO box.
We hope this clarification helps, and we would be happy to assist if you or your son would like to continue the build.

Package came ripped open

If any parts are missing, we can certainly help arrange replacements. Please let us know which pieces are missing, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Regarding the packaging, we would like to note that for many of our products, the original retail box is removed before shipping. This is stated on the product page, and the contents are repacked into a cargo box or heavy-duty plastic package, depending on the size and type of the set, to reduce shipping costs and minimize transit damage.
We look forward to receiving the photos so we can assist you further.

The set comes with a QR code to download the manuals, and if you’re unable to locate it, our support team can provide the link directly. I bought a product on December 11th…
I bought a product on December 11th that was supposed to take 10 days to arrive. Today, January 9th, I still haven't received my order. After several emails and a few apologies, it's been no use. I obviously won't be buying from them again.

Sham policy for return/refund
On the website the return/refund policy is made to sound reasonable. They disclose that shipping costs will not be refunded; what they don't disclose is that the product must be returned to China! -- meaning that two thirds of the cost of the item will NOT be refunded, as that is how much it would cost to return it. I am left wondering if I would even get that one-third of the product cost back, after paying more than $85 to ship it back to China. This feels dishonest.

We’d like to clarify that return addresses do vary depending on the product. Some items are shipped from local warehouses and can be returned locally, while others are shipped directly from China, in which case returns do need to be sent back to China. This is based on where the item is fulfilled from, and we apologize if this was not clear enough at the time of purchase.
International shipping costs are unfortunately very high, and we also absorb a significant portion of shipping costs to fulfill orders. Because of this, we often try our best to help customers with replacements, partial refunds, or other solutions instead of requiring a return, whenever possible.
We’re sorry again for the inconvenience and for how this experience felt. Our goal is never to be misleading, and we truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve how clearly we communicate our policies.
