Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the frustration this has caused and we understand how return shipping costs can feel disappointing. We’d like to clarify that return addresses do vary depending on the product. Some items are shipped from local warehouses and can be returned locally, while others are shipped directly from China, in which case returns do need to be sent back to China. This is based on where the item is fulfilled from, and we apologize if this was not clear enough at the time of purchase. International shipping costs are unfortunately very high, and we also absorb a significant portion of shipping costs to fulfill orders. Because of this, we often try our best to help customers with replacements, partial refunds, or other solutions instead of requiring a return, whenever possible. We’re sorry again for the inconvenience and for how this experience felt. Our goal is never to be misleading, and we truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve how clearly we communicate our policies.
