One of the 3 items ordered arrived today. I was very disappointed that it’s just a bunch of random bags crammed into a bubble wrap envelope with an instruction booklet. I was expecting it in a box. Hopefully none of the pieces are broken and they are all there.Also, the package reeks like cigarettes. However, that may be from the delivery driver. I am hoping the other 2 items arrive by Christmas and are packaged better. The tracking is very difficult to understand.

well i have attempted to contact you guys and stop the process of purchase since it is my Ex who is getting this product. so i would love it if you guys would stop the sending and refund me please. Then could I get a tracking number or any detailed receipt? Something to confirm this?

Bought the Ninjago Movie set as a Christmas present for my son, arrived earlier than anticipated, everything packaged as described, instructions included, no complaints!

No order confirmation, no shipping notification. Ordered item 11-24-2022. It is now 12/8/2022 and item still not shipped. Emailed customer service twice with no response in over 48 hours. Feels like a scam! Will be reporting the business.

Excellent product. Just ordered the giant Mechagodzilla. Will definitely be a challenge. Only thing that would make it better is if the bags were numbered in build order. Amazing products for the price. Highly recommend.
